XTC CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS

We are pleased to be working with the following charitable organizations for the 2008 XTC season. It is important to our company to give something back to our communities. We raise funds through our trail run. Thank you for helping us support these charities.

XTC CAMPBELL RIVER

We are pleased to donate money to the Campbell River Hospital Foundation. The foundation has committed to raising $150,000 towards the purchase of ICU beds and they have raised close to $125,000. To learn more about the Campbell River Hospital Foundation please visit their website.

XTC VANCOUVER

Each year we donate $5.00 from each trail run entry and all the proceeds from our race day barbeque to the Terry Fox Foundation. We do this in memory of the Race Director's (Teri Taylor's) father, Colin Glenn, who died of colorectal cancer in 1995, and in memory of her godmother, Camille Fincham who passed away in 2006 from brain cancer. Terry Fox supports a variety of cancer research programs. Too many of us have been touched by this disease. We hope even our small amount will help in some way.
